1)Do you offer COD?
No, we don’t offer COD.

2)How can we track our orders?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking receipt picture provided to us by the shipping company.

3)How much advance is to be paid on orders?
All evening wear and formals will be processed with full payment directly to our bank account. Bridal outfits, however, will be processed with a minimum 50% advance after talking and discussing with our team through WhatsApp.

4)How to contact the designer?
For bridal orders or customizations, kindly do not ask for a designer call in advance. Designer time is very important to us, so we cannot let you connect with them unless we are sure that the order and payment are confirmed.

5)Can we customize the color?
Color customization has an additional 10,000 Rs charge on top of the outfit price. Customers are supposed to deposit that price along with the charges of the outfit.
